    if you have an Intercooler, you really dont have to worry about heat soak like the blowers......

    but every little bit helps.

    Most people run the 04+ intake on a turbo build. Because they are aluminum and don't crack like the cheap plastic ones. If you have a 97-03 and do this then you must run a conversion TB spacer. Because you can't run a drive by wire TB on a 97-03.
