There is a turbo in the exhaust path, you really cannot get too much from tuning it (if we are talking things like negative pressure/scavenging etc, etc)...again for a street car where a broader rather than a peaky curve is much more suitable.
The debate of logs vs headers is really an old one, which was actually based on 80's (and lower yrs) exhaust manifold (and to a point camshaft) technologies. With today's metallurgy and new tech it is really just packaging that because the real issue...not the type of turbo application nor the type of manifold used if one actually knows what they r doing...
Personally if I ever have to do this again...I will actually look into a cam with a slight overlap, home port job...and get a even larger divided turbine housing and go from there.
