    Went to the dragstrip for the first time today

    Ntb concidering im only on vs cam, headers, and 3.4

    what's done to the car?

    With a bonne slp headers, trans, gen v and s1x I rolled a 12.185 on a bad run.... maybe you have too much flake in your tune still
    I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

    You ran a half a second faster than I did for my first time going today. Man I suck...how'd you launch? I think me reving til 2k for launch actually slowrd me down...

    Set tires at 20 psi and launched at like 2-2.5k. Drive around the water box. Dont go wot the second off brake, roll into it so you can get traction.

    Not to mention i know the car had 13.1-13.3 in it if the trans wasnt skipping into 2nd. Alot is in the tune honestly. I spent alot of time with it and noticed a vast improvement from some of the changes i made.

    Ya I smoked my tires through the box and it was set at 27psi...hmm. I wanna go back now but wouldn't be wise. Thanks for the input. You happy with your times?

    Im really not. Like said i was forced to leave due to transmission issues. Every run after the first got slower and the trans skipped more. I was shaky the first run and def could of launched better aswell. We will see next year i guess.

    Considering the trans issue, i think it did fairly well on the 3.4" pulley. What was the DA and track?
