I was cruisin around on a local highway when this rsx rips by me in the left lane. We caught a light but i was behind him, so light goes green and i swear he must have gunned it up to 130 or so blowing black smoke, it didnt sound normal. I think it was one the bottle. I get next to him and we both slowed down to 15 or so then he gave 3 honks, we go and i beat him by a fender and let off around 80ish. The look on his face made me laugh. He gets next to me again we go from a 30 i preceed to pull again, until i started seeing all this black smoke again and it sounded different, this time he destroyed me, must have pulled 4 cars or so and i just gave up. Both of us gave a friendly goodbye and i turned off. It was an interesting night.

good runs, they are quick out of the box and can be pretty nasty with the right mods.

Good kill though...that K20 motor is a pretty potent powerplant for just 4 cylinders...plus the 8K+ RPM redline kinda gets ya lol

idk what the difference is with the standard RSX and the Type S, but i know the standard 05 RSX auto is slow... my friend got one for graduation a couple years back, an i raced him in my 89 Sundance RS.. it was a 2.5 with a three speed trans. anyway he could easily get me from a dig, when i floored it the car didnt hesitate, it just shutoff completely... but from a 30 mph roll, by 80 i had him by 6 cars easy, we went twice and the same thing... one thing bad about Hondas is they smoke when you tune them up... i have noticed... but it deff sounds like it was sprayed anyway..
