    A lot of people on here said it couldn't be done but now BAM!!!!! 9.93 in the 8th mile with my 02 prix gt with just a fwi/2.5inch down pipe/ u bend and resonater delete and glass packs for mufflers,trying to post the picture of my time slip but I'm on my cell phone and I don't know what to click to put the picture on here

    Ya I was doing that with my impala, has the hv3 but I also have longer gears. Another guy also did 9.9 with his prix gt last year.

    First time at the track with the prix. So I'm still trying too get it to launch better but when I ran the 9.93 I was launching at 18k rpm

    Lol a little while back there was some guys who said I couldn't hit 9s with just an intake and exhaust so id figure id prove them wrong, when you went to the track did you track prep your impala?

    Get more mods bro, I ran 9.4 with rockers, hv3, tune, intake, exhaust. Not too bad though.
    04 GTP-3.6 pulley, custom tuned, Intake, headers,thrush exhaust, al104 plugs, 180* stat, shift kit, flipped mounts

    ya, mods will help, just suck you put every bolton you can on the car and barely makes half second difference in the 1/8

    That's why I went boost lol. I need to take my car now to the track and see what this runs. But you gotta remember 1/8 mile is short, its really the 1/4 mile that makes a difference. My old car probably would have been good for a 14.6-14.8.
