I believe he only had a Mild cam and long tubes
I was watching a show the other day and it was talking about the 67 camaro i know it's not a nova but they said it ran a 15@90 quarter pretty fast. I thought that's not very fast at all.
We won't discuss the Evo 8 that killed me 20 minutes before this..
What happened to my car has a tick i'm not gonna drive it? lol
did they happen to say what the hp was for that 67, if it was a 350 stock they had like 170 to 220 hp, and a 3500 lbs car. thats not to bad.
stock most of the old muscle cars ran in the 14 to 16 second range. even your big blocks with gobs of torque.
hell my brother had a 7,000 dollar BBC (462) rated over 600 hp, in a 72 chevelle with 4.11 gears and a locking posi, and it only went 12.6 with slicks.
350 67 ss very rare
Actually, you're right, I stand corrected. L48 cars, but very few made it out.
The guy on the show said in 25 years of engine building he has never seen one. And it was a numbers matching car. I'll bet it was worth a pretty penny when it was done.
wiki says the 350 was made in 67?
the 327 cu in (5.4 L) (5.3L), as well as the numerous 350 cu in (5.7 L) versions. Introduced as a performance engine in 1967, the 350 went on to be employed in both high- and low-output variants across the entire Chevrolet product line.
Thank you! I try to keep my class low to fit in here.
hah I figured as much I give him **** about the outro all the time.
lololololololol it is still there. I am chocking it up to exhaust leak. when it gets worse I will just drive it till it blows and throw in a cammed L26
good kill, i also got smoked by a evo, think it was a 7 tho, either way he made me look like i was sitting still it was a joke lol
