I was driving with my wife in the car when i saw a 99ish civic with a massive IC sticking out of the stock bumper cover. Loud as **** (straight pipe loud)
with camber to tuck, out the ass. Bov sounded pretty awesome
I knew I would not smoke it but i thought hey, lets see what its got.
Got a moment and went from about 10-50 (it was in the city), and got worked.
Once that turbo finally spooled up it was like a sling shot by my car. I have never in my life seen anyone get beat as bad by anything, ever.
Def low 12's if i had to guess, that civic was awesome.

And then had to explain to my wife why i lost so bad to a civic.

Oh yeah i destroyed a v6 ricer mustang, but who really cares.

Here's another lesson about Civics- Build a real car and quit worrying about them.

Well lets see ive heard a stock K20 (200 hp) In a hatch is good for 13's at least. So a nice turbo setup on any B or K series in that small car isnt to be taken lightly.

How did i know you would be the one to say that, Mr. I worship LSX? If you think there isnt one faster than you, you better be in the 7's.

Show me his A/C, leather, power accessories and 6 disc changer. Oh, and remind me again how you don't look gay in a gutted hatch. If I wanted to run 7s, I could. I just don't want a POS to do it in. 8.90s works fine for me in a 3600 lb street car.

my experience with a tuned/bolt on/full exhaust K20 car that kept picking on my firebird at kil-kare showed me a couple 15.2's, a 14.6, and a broken axle. come to think of it, i have modded b-series, h-series, and k-series on my kill list all in stock GM vehicles and none of them LS cars. there's only one i see around that i wanna run, some full body kit, vinyls, exhaust civic with a fmhe on it. however, based on the rest of the car, i'm about positive it's a CAI made to look like a fmhe.
99 GT - top swapped, S2X cam. - sadly, sold
    96 Firebird Formula - T-tops and exhaust leak. 14.26 @ 97.8 - sold
2008 Chevrolet Cobalt SS - stock, in all of it's turbocharged awesomeness

fixt. Don't be too worried about it though, must of us (excluding Travis) have been skull f*cked by a fast civic before. It happens, but for every one civic that pulls you like that, there are about 150 more that you can return the favor to.

You have a 1 out of 150 chance that a civic will hurt your feelings. Lesson being, don't carry your feelings around on your shoulder.
