no such thing as a 350 anymore, the 6.0 is a 364, or 362 i cant remember, but its one of these.

and dodge trucks have always been dogs. i used to have a 4,000 lb boat that i towed all the time, and me and two other friends would take turns towing it with our trucks, my 03 gmc towed it far better than my friends dodge or the other guys ford. neither one could hold OD, and they all felt like they wanted to die from a dead start.

my gmc stopped and started like i was towing nothing, and held the OD on the highway like a BOSS! and i could do 75 no problem, the ford and dodge had no chance to go that fast towing my boat, they just screamed. i kinda felt bad for their trucks, but f it, you want to go fishing or not?

all 3 trucks were 2500's, mine being a HD tho.

    being a teen of the 80's, yeah those were all my toys too. 350, 327,454, 302 Chevy's, Pontiac's the 301 aka a dog, 400.426, and 455

good friend back in the day had a 77 grand Prix. we were swapping his engines all the time for bigger and better stuff. he went from the stock 301 to a 400 to a 426. good thing his dad was a engine builder. that's where the engines kept coming from for his car.

remember back in the day when you needed to change points lol what are points the kids all ask today lol

Not sure if this is directed to me but it just a Trans Go shift kit that I had a transmission shop install while I got my tranny rebuilt.

And I would go with SSAC headers but I don't like that ubend, not performance wise but I feel like these Alaskan roads will rip that **** off so fast.. I've broke my stock exhaust plenty of times and with the ubend on the SSACs sits a little lower than stock. Unless I'm thinking of different ones?

I love it, it made a big difference on the downshift. It's just about instant. And all the shifts are fast and smooth at WOT.

I've been doing research on shift kits and it seems like trans go it the way to go.

Here is a 60 roll with the same Dodge. My video is blurry but here it is. Here is where the shift kit really works.
