me v bmw 330

I was on my way home from work (minding my own business for once) and this black bmw 330 cut me off no signal nothing and then proceded to brake to a little less than the posted limit of 65 mph. I got into the right lane to pass and he sped up so I couldnt get over. so I slowed to get over in back of him he slowed too. at this point I'm getting PI**ed so I punched it he did too from about 60 by the time we hit 110 I had put 2 cars on him. he tried to pass me again but failed. are bmw's that slow?

Bit surprised you only got 2 cars on a 330 with your mods... mind you GP's don't exactly shine from about 70mph+, iirc they (e46 330) run about 14.7 stock?
