Day time vids will be uploaded soon when i call him up again and see when he wants to race again

I hit a big big ass bump that neither of us knew was there. so that was the new finish line. I got the jump, mustang pulled,i pulled back and took the lead.Mustang ran 13.0 last time at the track. mustang had nitto 555r's on it at the track and in this video that we raced in. i had street tires.

look at the speedometer, boost gauge and the rpm's....This is where we were going 153 on the interstate the same night with my room mate screaming like a little girl lol.I was cracking up lol. My car is piss ass slow at these speeds so of course the 5 and 6 speed mustangs took the lead on this one. Those svt's have some crazy top end. He took me for a ride in it and it pulls very hard all the way up to the redline at 6500. and yes it is stock. I think i was gaining like 10 mph every 25 seconds with it floored. i can only imagine what the kr was at. man i hate doing crap like this without the laptop in the car.

87...wow. other than a good tune, what mods would someone need in order to run 87 octane in a gtp? Cam?

I can tell you for sure that my tune is in no way an ideal one. My lap top broke and i managed to get a new tough book. Got a maf tune done and while waiting a cupple days for the fuel trims to settle my roomates dog ate my laptop cable. I imagine i had quite a bit of KR on these runs. I just ordered a new cable tonight.

As far as the 87 goes. I have always run 87 in my gtp. I have been tuned for a while now but nothing that would allow me to run 87. basicly all i have done to my pcm with my tuner is maf tuning. increased timing. Idle timing. transmission tuning.Ect. Do I have carbon build up in the heads and valves? Well i know i dont on the valves because when i replaced the springs i checked. Do I care if i did? Not really. I'd just use a good old treatment of seafoam every now and then lol.

Yea he said he has a bogging issue at the track. Like i said above i've always run 87 except at the track. May try a little race fuel next time.

Wow, I never heard someone cry so much about about going a 153mph. ****, He should of rode in my friend 72 Road Runner w/ original suspension at 160mph! Talking about a rattle trap and all over the road, a GP is smooth at those speeds.

Same here with my 72 Chevelle at 180. My friends girl was one the rear floor board crying her eyes out. Kinda felt sorry for her later on though.
