hi all, decided to go to the nurburgring today (im stationed in Germany) with a friend. we took his 3000 gt around first then went out in my 01 gp gt. i was surprised how it handled, not much body roll, but would need better tires if i were to keep doing this in it (which i don't plan on). i bet if the springs and struts/shocks were swapped along with aforementioned better tires and i think it would handle like a beast. my friend took a vid of it but its taking forever to upload. once i finish up my trans am, it ll be my track car. but it was definetly a rush. 12 min lap time isnt amazing, but pretty damn good for a boat that wants to slide around the turns lol. if it was a drier day i would have been a lil faster. doesnt seem like its 26 kilometers long when your driving.
