    Background: 08' GXP, K&N Intake, Overkill tuned, currently throwing a P1516 CEL which is Throttle Actuator Position code. Did some data logging the other night and it showed @ idle I was 22% TPS and @ WOT I didn't break 81%. My OE modules are on the way back to Will and he's confident he will fix it, apparently it's common on the 08's to throw this code.

    Anyways...

    Out on the highway this afternoon, pretty hot day had been driving around for a little while feeling out my new tune from Overkill and just enjoying the day. Heading east on I-84 at about 80mph as I see this newer silver accord coming up behind me, sunroof back, passenger in the front. I could tell it was newer by the body style. Anyways, I move over into the right lane (2 lane highway) he comes by going about +5 mph, I could tell by the way he was moving he wanted to play a bit or wanted to show me something in his shiny new car. He got about 1.5-2 cars in front of me so I thought what the hell I'll give it some gas and line-up and see if my P1516 CEL is really presenting an issue.

    I give it some light throttle to match speed and try to line up, as I do I can tell he's gassing it more and he nails it apparently, so I do too, still about 1.5 cars back at the start. I'm watching the HUD climb, through 100+, 110+ I'm barely reeling him, maybe making up a nose every 10MPH. I didn't even make it to his rear bumper by the time I hit almost 130 MPH (just him and I as far as I could see).

    Now, I know those cars are running 14.8 in the quarter stock probably lower with a good driver (google numbers), but a stock GXP is about 14.0-14.3 ish (give or take based on launch) that tells me after a quarter mile I should be making up 7 tenths of a second which in terms of car lengths I'm pretty sure I should have pulled on him to about even or more. Now I know a tune + intake isn't much but still I thought I should have made up that ground at least...

    Win, loss here isn't that important to me, I'm really wondering if my low TPS% at WOT and the fact that I'm throwing the P1516 contributed or if my throttle would still go WOT regardless of what the TPS said. I don't get any limp mode or reduced engine power message. Would the car still pull power without notifying the driver?
