I also find it funny that a lot of people will argue till they're blue in the face that the 2.0 is easier to make faster... Sure, it goes from 190whp to 260-270whp with basic bolt ons and a tune, maxing out the stock turbo. The 3.8 would be much harder pressed to pick up 80whp... BUT it makes about 250-260whp STOCK. About 300whp with bolt ons.
What am I getting at?
Full blown maxed out stock turbo 2.0Ts are slower than bone stock off the showroom floor 3.8s. To go faster than a stock 3.8 you need to upgrade the turbo and build the bottom end.
