    Very fun car to drive.
Pretty roomy for a hatch. (have a friend that is 6'-7" he fits in one)
Tranny's in the svt are pretty solid.
    They handle very well.

And I agree most Fords are a pos' but the svt focus doesn't really fall in that line. It is more European than anything.

So how about the new Pontiac G8?
What do you guys think about that?

My first vehicle was an 1989 Ranger. It was 4x4, extended cab, had the 2.9L V6 and 5 speed tranny. Man that thing was fun. I drove it pretty hard and it kept chugging along. It wasn't great on power or gas but it was a blast to drive.

yea mine was the 4 cyl, 2wd with the 5 speed. i had a blast in that truck. jumped so much stuff, climbed, drove into so many things. the only thing that ever broke was the shift linkage could i slamed the hell out of gears. but i tacked that motor out all the time and it ran like a champ. it was my first car so you know i abused the crap out of it

no car manufacturer as a whole is crap, i respect all, but every single one has made a few bad choices, but they all have their strengths and weaknesses, it just so happens that you had a pos, or when you bought it it was already dogged out, broncos for the most part are very reliable, not too sure about the bronco 2's though, but im lookin to buy one before winter, or a k5 blazer

i see them all the time out here in colorado for 1000-2500 in good condition with the 4wd still working i would only buy one with a 350 though, and the same with the bronco i would only get one with a 351

My cousin has a Ranger and I am not sure what year it is but it is one of the first years they had the Ranger. It is the 4 cylinder and that thing is so much fun to drive. We have beat the crap out of it and it comes back for more. He can squeal the tires pretty easily on it too.
