so i was out shooting pool with my buddy today, and on the way home he thought his 00 cougers 2.6 was a badass, and i tried explaining to him how it wasnt, but he is a hard head. so i decided we should race home so we did. we got on the highway where the on ramp is 2 lanes the whole way, and just raced starting at 10mph. 3rd beep, and go we run, and it was no competition the whole way. i slowed down at around 110, cuz i dont think he could see my taillights anymore and if any of you ever raced someone in a situation, which im sure a lot of you have , you kno the other guy always has an excuse. his was that his car needs work its total bs, so i had to talk ****. so now this summer we are gonna race in norwalk. guess who is gonna win?

I wouldn't mind it in some areas such as the metric system pertaining to smaller sizes like mm, cm, and such but I still like our mile. Just sounds better to me.

You mean when will the rest of the world join US? World might be normal when that happens :P I believe my moms gp was at 250,000 miles, then sold it and was still being driven till the girl that bought it wrecked it.

saw a 02 gtp in a parking lot last night. Had to look at the odometer. It read 274,231 miles. Now I didn't talk to the owner, so they could have been on the 3rd engine, but wow. That's milage.

I hate it how some vehicles use both standard and metric fasteners

253,100 Miles 407,325KM all original drivetrain, but mileage has really gone down hill. 25 is all she gets now.

That cougar should of hit speed limiter at 106mph.

Agreed, 180k isn't that high at all. I've seen several 3800's with over 300k on the original motor and still going strong. My 98 has 151k on it and is just broken in.
