Last week my cousin and I went cruising around the lake in his 2004 M3 to see if there was anything going on at the bars. We were sitting at a stop light behind a lifted Dodge Ram w/ a Cummins. He revved up his engine and blew black smoke back to us. When the light turned green, the truck turned left and went to the far right lane and we went in the lane next to him. My cousin stepped on it and we were long gone. We got about 10 car lengths ahead and slowed down. A little while later the truck came flying by us. My cousin stepped on it again and we flew by him pretty quickly. We got to a light and tried getting him to follow us but he wouldn't.

I was pretty impressed with the M3. That car has balls. We got up to 135 pretty quickly. Puts any GP to shame, as well it should because of the price tag. There is no way I could drive that car all the time though. I am not a small guy and I had to squeeze myself into the seat.

They are a sick car. Not cheap, but awesome.

My cousin live in Kentucky and I live in SD. Every year all of my moms brothers and sister and families go to a lake in IA. Last year he drove up in a PT Cruiser, this year, M3. Pretty big difference.

just got to my new job last week and there's a guy with an 08 M3 (new body style). It's pretty nice, but it's just too small. I'd prefer and M5 I test drove one of those last year.....even had a HUD!

E39s can be picked up at "reasonable " prices. Make sure you get a car fax. Pre-wrecked BMWs are hard to get rid of at a good price.
