Bio I had a buddy with an LS1 with cam heads, headers and a converter with nitorus ran like a 10.52 not to shabby for around the same 2 grand.

SLP package means after it leaves the factory, it goes to SLP for a few little mods.
Its technically modified, but you could have ordered it from your dealership.
All a technicality.

SLP wasn't even factory. It was added on afterwards...so therefore...no modded factory cars.

Technically true but the SLP mods are done before they are shipped to the dealers so they are sold with the mods, thats why its considered a factory SLP car... lots of SS's are done this way for the 01 and 02s
