Nothing good, but it would be in line with the claimed WRX.

    I guess I'll say:

SLP Loud Mouth 1 Cat Back
    SLP Ram Air Hood
    SLP Ram Air Intake
    K&N Filter
Mid America Motor Works MAF Housing
Some performance gas shocks I don't remember

Nothing amazing but headers and Y-Pipe coming this summer. Might do some minor weight reduction in turn redoing the looks of the interior.

Hah, thanks. Once I graduate and get a real job I'll be doing way more. I'm hoping to keep it forever.

I like the looks of your motor in the avatar. Is that yours and what is it?

427 sbc with dual stage fogger. If you're interested in one you can go to nitrous express and look at one they are like 1800. I would advise against it though because buddy you have to master the art of flaring and bending brake line.

    http://www.nitrousexpress.com/produc...ls.php?id=1308 here it is

Haha, nah, I'm okay on that. My plan on this car is going as far as I can go with the basic LT1 without FI. After the headers and Y-Pipe I'm going to start "backwards" and work on the trans, rear end and suspension before going further on the motor. Forgot to mention it's an A4.

    Sick motor btw.

Me too, I wanna see his Grand Prix SE beat my TA. For how hard he pulled on that WRX he should pull just as hard on me.

I know he's not reading this... but this thread was gold.

Worst motor put in a Vette is by far the Crossfire Injection motor. I know, I had one.

Never ran a dyno but my educated guess would be 280 rwhp?

considering there 285 flywheel horsepower from the factory i highly doubt that.

I didn't want to post my thoughts because I know someone would beg to differ. I'm not going to argue with you because there is no Dyno sheet. But I've seen stock LT1's run 290 whp on a dyno. Not every engine is the same out of the factory. In fact many late LT1s do 270 whp. My car isn't exactly modded to a high extent but it should come close to those numbers.

I've done my research, and I should be doing 115 in the eight!!!!!

Different LT-1 man. Just watch out for those darn optisparks. It's just like the LS6 was a big block and the new corvette version of the LS-1.

1970 LT-1s were pretty nice. I'm pretty sure he's talking about the 92 - 97 version, mine. I disagree severely that the LT-1 was the worst motor for the Vette. In fact people have even done really cool things with the Crossfire motor in the 84 Corvette. However, I do agree that the optispark is both a blessing and a curse.
