Secondly I GUARANTEE everyone that's been posting has more in mods than you do in that $100 paint job and Discount Tire rims. Hell, my exhaust alone cost more than what you've done. Then you throw in 2 transmissions, a motor, complete interior and the like and you're looking at some pretty high numbers.
It's ok though, we know times are rough. I'm sure eventually you'll pinch enough pennies to finish off the paint job, and do some actual RESPECTABLE work on your car ;)

An my friend bought some chrome 18's from this guy for 400 bucks looked them up and the rims alone cost 2000 on a site!! u can easily find a site tryin to overcharge u for rims i know this guy that sells wheels.
