Well... Lemme try to keep it short n simple...

    SW Florida, Spring Break...
    Cops out in FULL FORCE...
Fort Myers to be exact... (SW Florida for those who dunno)
Fort Myers Car Club used to meet at Target, but cops been a bit busy hittin people up with tickets of various things, so we flipped the switch to Sams Club offa 41. Now the ricers here in Florida usually KNOW they can't even TOUCH domestics, scept maybe a few STi's, a Supra, Rx-7 (bud of mine), and this one new addition, a charcoal grey GT-R... (kids real quiet..) BUT, Nevertheless, they've ALWAYS got sh*t to say about Domestics... SO... you all know my fast headed-ness, sh*t got poppin when I pulled up...

Made a few phone calls, and was settin up a few races that night when I hop in the car, throw it in reverse to get ready to head out for the runs, n notice a HUGE Suv behind me n see lights..

After cops run up in the parking lot, 3 squad cars, lights n all n box in a SUV and me, they ran the SUV's license, people are hoppin in their cars, gettin out is a 2 lane jam up on the front exit to 41, I finally squeezed between some poles and over some grass, just about everyone bounces out the lot, n we hit the city.

So, there was a Buick, I BELIEVE it was a La Cross, ain't exactly up on em... a Honda Civic Si, Bright red w/Marine Corps Plates... (I got those on my CR-V, lolz), a Eclipse Spider GT, a 94 Jetta who made more noise than a jet, and went slower than me on a skateboard, a black on black G35x (sedan), and a few other guys who were too far in the rearview for me to see em... (Pontiac FTW!)

So, we run it all the way over the bridge to North FM... And the Civic Peels away to bust a U... as well as the G35X.... and here's where it got interesting. I busted a U as well...

The Si, turbo'd, wanted to race the G35... just a few runs... so I decided to sweeten it up, and throw some domestic into the mix... so from a 20roll we go....

now I've NEVER had this happen with most Si's... most of em can keep up... But by the time I crossed back over the bridge into Fort Myers Proper... I looked around like "Hey, Where is everyone?" the G35 was ALL THE WAY in the Rearview... and the Si was still next to me... (Blindspot)...
so once the light hit green I was easing off slowly, and he decided to floor it, sounding like my lawnmower in the process at full throttle...
his rear bumper made it to about the beginning of my front bumper before the 3800 picked its ass up and moved, and the G35X was NOW beginning to come up on us (guess he figured we cared..)
He floored for a few blocks... that time I easily overtook the Si... and when I say Easily, my foot wasn't all the way to the floor (maybe a toe)

Due to a Rock Concert from 99X in the area (Stain'd and a few others I heard), we eased off for a bit until Page Field...(heavy police presence)

So now once again it was the G35X, and the Civic Si and I at the light, and who shows up, but the 94 Jetta....
Just as he lines up, light turns green and we go once more..
This time he hit his shifts properly, and ALMOST pulled off my bumper but by about 3rd, I reeled him in, overtook, and was GONE! (topped off between 110~120 or so...

I meant to try to find a gas station n pull in n shoot the breeze... Rep Domestics a bit more n see what he was packin entirely under his hood, but cops quickley ended that, (Thank G-D my car is stock n doesn't look rice) they went after the G35 and the Civic, and left me alone.

I did bust a U and swing back to see if the Civic got caught, but he turned off to the Cape Coral bridge, but the 35 got caught.. (Hope ya enjoy a $800. ticket bro!)

1AM now that pretty much killed the rest of the night..., I decided not to risk it anymore, n came home with a grin...

Pontiac 4: Imports .5 (gotta give credit for trying)

PS- Just woke up n HAD 2 share..

Sounds like some fast and furious ****, are you sure the Si was turbo I mean you say you didn't get to look under his hood. Because if it was he would have given you a run for your money especially going to 110-120. Haha nice with the 35 :P

Why would you guys peace from a parking lot, that's just stupid and running from cops when you aren't doing anything is the worst possible idea.

Well, down here, we get tickets apparentlyfor "loitering" so when they come, we dip... yeh, he HAD to be turboed to keep up, usually I pull on Si's but he was keepin pace in between runs... so... i just assume he was... if i see him again, I'll check and re-update.

Turbo's put those cars in the 13's MOST of the time since they run 14's with a small amount of mods...I'd say it was a bolt-ons Si...if your GTP is stock then I would say it has a chance of keeping up...

there is no way you beat a turbo si with a bone stock gt, a bone stock gt is in the low 16's. There isn't even a chance of beating that g35 either.

beat the G35x???? Are they that slow? I know they're tanks... but the awd couldn't make up for it at all?

Also if the Civic was turbo there would be no "guessing" that he was. You'd know. It's not like turbo Hondas are quiet. Also if your car is stock I don't see it beating a turbo civic. Those B series engines will pull on you hard. All DSMers know that the hard way.

unless your GT is heavily modded, ill call BS, if you are modded then i retract my statement

a bone stock Si will run mid-high 14's, and that is faster than your GT

Depends which Si we are talking about. The K-series aren't exactly slouches with the N/A. When I was stock they'd give me a run.

I know for sure what happened, and you can call whatever you like. Red 06-07ish Civic Si turbo'd, found the guy, lives in Cape Coral, as for the G35X, apparently, no one knows, or has seen the guy before, so it was probably just some young kid with mommy's car. G35's i've raced as well as owned, and they're NOT fast by any means. yes, the Prix is bone dry stock and the Honda, if you read it propoerly, was making a BUNCH of noise, but as they say, its the streets, anything is possible. I just know that I didn't expect anything more than a bit of fun, and had it. Take it as you will.

P.S.- I don't believe there are ANY Civics out here that get anything lower than 14's, and 1/8th at Immok.. the GT has pulled mid 14's. Maybe the guy just couldn't shift for his life? Thats out of the scope of my speculation, but a kills a kill, and thats that.

OMG all this defending civics is making me sick lol, first of the 06 and up civic si's stock are only capable of maybe 14.9's with a damn good driver, idk what model he raced but driver error may have played a bit of a part if the gp is stoc, now its very possible he could have beat a turbo'ed civic if the civic wasn't tuned, now the g35 im guessing is a sedan which is also in the 14's...but in the end it is the streets and who knows how the other guys upkeep there cars, nice kill!

Yea who knows what happened out there but it seems fairly inprobable that a stock GT runs 14s in the quarter. Stock GTPs run mid-high 14s...

I never said it was a 1/4 mile... its a 1/8th.. Immok raceway is too cheap to extend it due to insurance purposes, even then, point being, its mid-mid high 14's anyway. and yeh the G35X is the sedan model, they only make X sedan models. lol. and thanks you uNda6gT. =] the reason i posted it is because it seemed ODD to me, not to brag. Least someone recognized that.

Then where did you run those Mid 14s on a STOCK GT? Is that 1/8th mile times? If so, then there is something wrong with your car because that would be something like a 20 second 1/4 mile time. Look, I'm not saying you didn't beat these guys. Anything can happen. Great kills. I'm just trying to figure out how you got a 3800 NA to run times that are the same as the exact same engine with a supercharger. What are your 1/8th mile times? What's the DA of that track on the day that you raced there?
