I need new tires for the front of my GTP for it to pass inspection.
Im considering the ones in the link below. the GTP is not my DD, but it is my backup car so, they need to function well in all seasons. Im trying to keep them under 200 delivered for the pair.
yokohoma avid envigors are my second choice.
    Any thoughts?

No avid's, those will suck ass in the winter.

The wide oval's arent the best in the winter either, they don't have a ton of tread siping.

Go with something like a uniroyal tiger paw, firestone fr710, firestone precision touring, BFG advantage TA, those are a better all season style tires.

I used the summer version of the wide ovals for awhile. They gripped decently but had a decent bit of road noise and were downright dangerous in the rain once they hit the wear indicators. Replaced with Eagle LS2s, no major complaints there.

Goodyear Assurance Triple Tread. The best all season tire I ever came across. 4-5 inches of wet slush on the highway and at 70mph I stuck like glue.
