Alright well I have an offer for these bbs rims for my rc cars. I was told they are 18's and my lug pattern i am looking for (5x114.3) and just trying to figure out if any of you would know the specs of them and if they will fit on our gp's. He said he can't get to them right now because of the weather and the chrome is flaking in two spots. I was looking on bbs's website and i think it is the RG-R or the RX(discontinued).

    They'll fit.

Had a friend at school with a vibe, for ****s and giggles I put one on my car to see how it'd look (didn't take any pics like a dumbass)

They look alright. Better than stock, but I don't care for how flat they are compared to how rounded the car is.

Your going to need a lower offset to run and you dont want some 31 pound rims anyways

Lower offset would be sit out wider correct? Recommended is 32-45 i believe, and weight isn't a huge concern! Slow car will be slow lol

If that's the case then just get some 24s since weight isn't a issue. 31lbs for a 18s is to damn heavy guy. Lower offset generally means the rims will stick out more.. Most of us stick to around a 35mm offset of so but it also depends on the wheel width

i think 19x9 +42mm should fit just fine.

why do you say you'd want a lower offset to run them, roc?

Because of the width I was thinking. Could be close to the struts and/or rear trailing arms.

I mean I'm not a 100% sure but usually with that width you want to be in the low 30s.

Not off the top of my head but was just basing it off all the 18x9 mustang wheels out there. They all seem to be in the +30 offset.

more or so because that's a prime offset range for a mustang.
