I bought a 2004 Grand Prix GTP with the Competition Group Package about a month ago. From day one i was told that i had a bad wheel bearing causing my ABS light, Parking Break Light, and Traction Controll Light to come on constantly. i also am having difficulties with my car changing gears, it feels as if my transmition was slipping (im begining to wonder if it is from all of the warning lights that are on) I am starting to get irritated because i have replaced all 4 bearings and put new break pads on the back tires. I also have about every light that could flash up on the Drivers Information Center on, and a whining noise when i turn my wheel. also, the car has now strted jerking while driving at a high speed causing the check engine light to come on. Please Help, Im not sure what else to do.

    Thanks,
    SILVER2004GTP

We need the check engine code to help you more. Its also possible the transmission has thrown a code aswell.

As for the ABS, perhaps there is still a problem with a wire harness to a hub or the ABS module needs to be rebuilt. You will have to get the car scanned to see what ABS code its throwing. That code should tell you what wheel(s) its coming from or if its a internal fault with the ABS module.
