I don't think the hub bore is big enough on them to fit a w body.

As long as it's a 16 inch wheel you'll be fine unless you have a gxp or fbody brakes

The offset is 46 ... a bit different the stock wheels off 04 gp's ...

Not a big enough difference, I'd say, stock is what, +42? Aren't GXP rear wheels like +55 offset too? So I doubt you'd have any issues.

stock is +52mm.
