24mm offset isn't that big of a deal on a 7.5" wide wheel. it should fit fine.

Thanks for writing bio. These wheels that I'm looking at have tires on them. Is there a certain size I need to stay under?

245/45/R18 is what most of us would run on an 18.

stick around that size, just move around the widths and keep the sidewall the same height.
