I bought a set of bullet rims, not really interested if anybody likes them or not , I know there is a big debate on them....so...... my question is there are blue sensors with a band clamp attached to them around the rims, the idiot I bought these also took 1 of them off and said they were for speed.... I have a feeling they were for the tire pressure system..... anyways do I need them on here since these are not factory rims, or can I remove the rest of them or do I need to buy 1 to replace what he took off. Thanks

if this is a regal. i ask because of your name. theres nothing inside a factory regal wheel. and i put sts caddy wheels on and the tps still works. not sure how it works, but its not in the wheels.

so im sure you car will still work with out them trapped in the wheel.

98 Buick Regal GS, F body brakes, Caddy STS wheels, tinted tails L36 bottom end, lightly ported heads, 1.95 roller rockers, headers, gen 5 N* 3.0 pulley, FSIC, 42 lb injectors, a BrandonHall rebuilt trans, DHP tuned and AEM water/Meth injection https://goo.gl/gpV5kW

Band style TPMS sensor are mainly a ford thing only, those blue style ones normally only work on fords and fords only.

Your regal never came with a tire pressure system, so they are complete useless.

Remove them all and either throw them away for sell them, tire sensors are not cheap on alot of cars. I would figure out what they cost new and sell them for a lower cost, atleast you'll make something back if someone buys them.

Hey, thanks. I'm in the process of sanding all the wheels down and refinishing them at this time. They had a few curb rashes and a little pitting. already have 1 of them primered and it looks pretty good.
