So I'm in a dilemma, I got my wheels and looking around for tires. These are set of 4s brand new I'm talking about, price, installation, tax, everything. Now I can get falken fk 452s for the most.
    Tire Details - Discount Tire
I can get nankang ns-ii for $170 cheaper
    Tire Details - Discount Tire
Or I can get Goodyear eagle rsa for $40 cheaper than the falkens
    Tire Details - Discount Tire
wheels are the tsw, 19x8. Obviously only summer usage out of them. I'm really leaning for the falkens and can get them Friday, but I'm paying quite a bit for them. The nankangs I'm tempted because its 170 cheaper. And I can get them tomorrow. Just looking for opinions on what you guys think, thank you

would not buy nankang. i like cheap knockoff tires, but come on...

    goodyear, meh.

i ran falken fk452s, they are a nice tire but they wear fairly quickly. out of the three i would pick the falkens.

Haha well for cheap I found federal formoza fd2s for $525-$550 and federal ss-595s for $560 installed mounted balanced. Or I can order wanli's off ebay, set of 4 for $400 then I'd have to balance em..then maybe nankang were better I thought. But I don't care for the eagles, I've had em before. Leaning toward falkens but have options n falkens are a couple hundred more than I just said.

Agreed, skip goodyears, they will just seperate and blow up then ruin body panels.

Hope this is an exaggeration or a problem based on your guys living up at the north pole.

    I'm rolling Goodyear RSAs 245/45/18s...

I was looking at the Falkin FK452s, the Hankook V12 Evos, or the GY RSAs and went with the RSA's soley because I could charge through my work and they just cost me $25 per week for 7-8 months. Beat throwing away $800 all at once. They have been good tires, nothing pheonminal but ride well in wet/slushy weather, hold well on dry. Haven't got a complaint to them.

The falkins should be a good tire tho too. Ran the 512s before, they were really nice.

ive had the rsas on my monte before. I really never had a problem with them either or nothing I could complain about. For the price they were asking I'd rather have gotten the falkens. That was all. N in reality I'm just going with the federals now even. Just because they're cheapest and somewhat decent. I had my rsa'/s thru winter and all tho, just was going to go with falkens over them.

I agree with Bio, Falkens are a nice tire, but wear quicker than any other tire I've had. They handle pretty well in rain/snow and grip pretty well on dry roads. Definitely well worth the price.

I'd say other Falken or Michelin. I've had bolth Falken Ziex and Michelin Pilots with no problems.

They wear pretty quickly to me... I bought 2 front tires and a wheel alignment for my GXP in June, and I'll be replacing them in a month or 2. I've probably put 10,000 miles or so on them... For 2 hundred and something a tire I expected more...

    This

Put about 40k on mine before I hit a pothole and caused bubbling on the tires. Still had a good amount of thread left.

Is that right? Maybe it's because I can't rotate them.

Could of been the reason. I rotated them every oil change. I plan on getting another set after my Nankangs need replacing if money's on my side then.
