Anyone have these? I just bought them from Tire Rack along with some Altimax Artics for the winter. When I get them, I'll decided if I like them more than the stock rims and maybe have my summer tires mounted on and put the winter tires on the stocks. Just curious as to what everyone thinks and if anyone has them Thanks!

Also, anyone run Altimax Artics? I have them on my 98 ford taurus mail car for delivering mail in the winter and I absolutely love them! Can't wait to have them on the gp

Can't say I'm a fan of them but Im baised. I like 5 spokes mainly. I would have to see them on a car to make a judgement though.

Well my opinion is if your going to spend the money on rims..upgrade nd get at least 18s and use your stockers for winter. The rim itself I'm not a fan of..scream cheaply made out to me but of course it's your car so if you like them get em!

Thanks guys, I just wanted some cheapish rims that I can put my winter tires on so that I don't have to deal with mounting summer/winter tires every spring and fall. This should be much simpler. I also like 16 inch rims on my 06 grand prix, like the more factory look than I do bigger rims. As you can tell my profile pic, I use to have 20 inch rims on my gp back in the day when I was younger lol, but I outgrew the look.
Please post a pic if you have them on your grand prix, would love to see them on a gp myself!
They're being delivered Thursday so will post a pic of them on mine when I get them

Not a fan, would be too small with mud tires on them. (At least that's what they look like with the giant sidewall tires)

Reminds me of HeavyD's rims. http://www.grandprixforums.net/my-98...-27-53367.html

Here are some pics of the car with the stock rims and stock size tires. I personally dont think it's too much sidewall, and the rims/tires I bought are the same size so shouldn't be too much of a difference

Here's the 20s I use to have on, showing just for fun:

And here is why I bought the artics for it.....

20s looked fine but probably heavy. 18s is the sweet spot on this cars

Where in Wi are you? We sure did where I am! I'm close to the MN border in Balsam Lake, and we got hammered real hard with snow. Most of Polk County WI got between 10-13 inches I believe.
There sure seems to be a lot of members here from WI I've been seeing. Any of them from Balsam Lake area that you know of?

i had the altimax arctics on my car last year. with the awd it was literally unstoppable.

so this year i went back to all seasons so i could at least slide around some more. it was literally too controllable with the winter tires on.
