Now I know alot of people just replace wheels with bigger me being one of them in the past. But Im looking to stick with the current torque stars and im wanting to clean them up. There is some bubbles and flaking happening which from what I have researched the wheels are polished with a clearcoat. So im assuming the white spots or water getting in underneath the clear coat. and also im wanting to clear up in side the wheel since it is farely visible through the small spokes. Anyone restored these wheels here. And what are my options, I have heard of removing the clear coat and reapplying it but I was wondering what you guys thought.

Might as well strip the rest of the clear and polish the aluminum.

why would you do that and then not re-clear them? then you'd have to polish them all the time and that'd suck.
