Okay so I'm new to the site, but have a little knowledge of the topic. I have a couple of questions about rims and fitments. I have a 1998 Grand Prix Se, 3.8L v6, gold colored, I recently purchased a set of new rims from a friend that he had on his 2010 Chrysler 300. The size of the rims are 22x8.5, and the brand is "2 crave" No. 14 alloy black machined finish. Now before anyone starts to talk down on the size, I understand the cons of them but its my car and I wanna do what I wanna do. I'm asking for you guys advice on how to achieve the best fitment far as tire size and how to have the best quality of ride. Suggestions such as upgrades to my brakes, rotors, any fender rolling, new structs or shocks, etc. etc. Give me all that has the potential of being affected and how I can go about fixing it in order to increase my chances for a better ride.
Now I'm not too sure on what the offset size of the rims are, but I was looking up the offset size for the Chrysler 300's and its said to be a 5x115 which is the same as our Grand Prix's. So I'm assuming the rims will be a perfect fit. Please provide some serious feedback whoever can. Especially the well educated ones I notice on here that knows there ****, "Bio", for example.
Thanks
