I'm on the market for some new wheels since I will be lowering my car this spring hopefully on coilovers. Currently in the summer I am riding on some old G-Racing Seigen 17x7 wheels with 245/45/17 tires. I would like 19x8 because I can assume that I should be safe while on coilovers. I had a set of wheels picked out that I really like but they only come in 18x8. I am not affraid to push the limits as I like to stand out. I like the mesh wheel look. I haven't seen any 6th gen MC with them in my area. Websites, wheel ideas, and such. I believe 19's are my limit because lets face it I live in Michigan and the roads are horrible and 19's might still be a bad choice.

I've looked at: MSR 045, Enkei EKM3's, LOVE LOVE Velocity Motoring V714's. Problem with the V714's is price. Just not sure what to do.

    Help!

Roads won't matter, I can look into some for you later but just a tip: 19" tires are more expensive than 20" tires. Just get 20s if you want bigger than 18s.

Yeah I know these roads got two of my 17's that I have now. I don't know if I want to make the move to 20's I am scared to go that route. I have a guy that have some nice bridgestones for 19's cheap. He's the same guy that put me on V714's. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with.

I am interested in what your thinking. Lets say absolute maximum of $1500. I really don't want to have to stretch that far but may be willing. Gonna basically putting that much into the suspension this spring.

    he's right.

ill spend my lunch hour looking for a few options for you. most knockoff wheel companies are going to have something fairly nice for not that steep and lately they've been coming out with some nice wheels.

im pretty sure you have linea corsa's written all over you.

I found some of those on ebay. But they were around the same price as a set of aftermarket wheels. I really like them too. Not sure what direction I want to go. I love the Axis Super Hiro wheels as well; which clearly aren't mesh styled wheels.

that's all for now. if you like any of those just google the brand and wheel, see what you can find. i was just going for different styles for now in the right size for you. if you like a specific style of those i can recommend more once you narrow it down.

note that i am looking for widths and offsets that'll be alright for someone not looking to run an aggressive alignment. you will probably have to roll fenders.

100% sure on that? Ive seen them one W bodies before and didnt have to modify them IIRC. Or screw messing with the hubs and get some rings.

It's true. You need to bore out the hub or run spacers.
