Is anyone running these on their car? I am looking to replace my Bridgestone Potenza G009's which have gotten to be very noisy after 40k+ miles.

I had Kumho Ecsta's. Worst tire I've ever owned hands down! Horrible wear, traction, ect. Esp in snow!
Thanks, that's good to know. Tire Rack has them priced pretty well along with a $50 rebate. The cost per tire looked very attractive but I wanted to get some opinions before I pulleded the trigger. I'll keep looking. I am definitely going to stay away from uni-directional tires this time around.
I am now considering the following:
Bridgestone Turanza Serenity
Yokohama AVID TRZ
Going to do some more research. Opinions welcome...
The belletire guy recommended I get Dunlop Signatures so i got two of them for the rear, they have been quieter and haven't had any problems yet, had them about 200 miles so far lol
Kuhmo Ecsta has several different range of tire. I would bet you had Ecsta 712's? Of course they were terrible in the snow, they are SUMMER performance tires. Even AWD cars running summer tires can't get traction.
The LX's have a 600 treadwear rating which is downright excellent. Average user rating for those LX are 8.28 on Tirerack.
Personally for another $40 a tire I would use these, have experience with them and they're a good tire...Bridgestone Potenza RE970AS Pole Position all depends on what you're looking for... again, if you want to have a tire last 60k+ its gonna be a harder rubber = less grip. I don't mind changing tires after 30k+ but that's just me. I KNOW what my tire will do and that is get me through anything, rain, snow, hot summer, etc... as long as it holds the car to the road I'm ok with it. Not like the rubber that's on my car now(came with the car), but that's for another thread, lol.
