I have an 08 grand prix...I'll be putting new rims on my car in a few weeks and i heard i have to install (TPMS) "tire presure sensors" on my rims , is this true? If i dont install them will anything happen to my car?

Unfirmiliar with that system but the worst that could happen would be a SES light saying you have a faulty TPMS or a Low Tire Pressure Warning Light. Nothing else.
