    Short and to the point. The inside 1/3 section of my tires have been wearing a lot faster than the outer 2/3. Does this indicate an alignment is needed? The car steers arrow straight....

    take a tape measure and measure from the middle of the tread on the back of the tire to the middle of the tread on the back of the other tire and see what the measurement is then do the same to the front of the tire. It should be the exact same measurement.

    If you have to ask, then yes. Should check to make sure your ball joints / tie rod ends are not bad, causing the bad alignment first. Then get one

    you probably have too much tow. it is wearing the inner tread on the tires because you have sagging springs from high mileage and more camber than usually comes stock.

    this is my bet, but yes. get an alignment.
