hey i am looking at some rims for my 97 gp lowered, but the offset has me worried as im not to sure how it works.
    the specs are
    size- 19x8
    offset- 35
    bolt pattern- 5x114.3
Tires- Toyo Proxes 225/35/zr19 W speedrating

from what i have read in other posts there is rubbing with 17's and 18's, but with 19's and the 35mm offset im not sure if they will work. rims in question below

Wrong bolt pattern. Running 5x114.3 on a 5x115 hub can shear off your studs.

It's your car, but I've seen first hand what happens, even if you use stuff like hub-centric rings. One guy lost three studs before he was able to pull over. All it takes is a particularly harsh bump. Not worth it in my opinion.

(These were Impalas, but we use the same part number for our hubs.)

they will fit fine. you can get some hub-centric rings if need be, but you probably wont need them. those will look sick as crap too. i wish i had my 19s back, but buying a new set is like cutting off an arm..they's expensive, yo.

if they rub youre going to have to roll your fenders. it is very likely they will, but with the 225s you might squeak by. i had 245/40's on my 19s and they rubbed fairly bad. i just took a heat gun and a mallet to the inner fenders and problem solved.

    good luck.
