Most people use a 245/45/18 on that wheel size. It is the same diameter as stock so your speedo won't be off.

lol thats where i got them from... not my pics, i wish but i have a silvermist sedan with stock wheels still. I just googled Moda R6 Grand Prix and they came up. Just wanted to get a visual of the wheels on the car, speculation only goes so far
