i have drag radials nito 555s and they work awsome!!! but, when they wear out i was wondering stick with the radials or go a lil cheaper with a performence tire?

note** i dont want alot of wheel spin when i launch like a ****ty dd tire

just wondering if thers anyone out there whos compared radials to a nice performence tire.

Well what kind of 60ft are you cutting now? I've personally pulled a 2.0x on bald street tires. I've seen some high 1.xx's on decent street tires.

But it is much easier to over power them and roast em.

Nittos arent the best for 60' on these cars, so far what you want. They will work fine, but they will not last as long as street tires.

Any reason why you don't have a spare set of drag wheels for up front?

I have a spare pair of wheels for the drag use only and then I got my street tires for the goat. I just swap them out at the track.
