    uh oh i found out why the replacement hub was making a noise (grinding)...there is a dent on the blue cover and it was rubbibg against the dust shield. I managed to tap it away some and it does not make that noise anymore.

    Any concerns about that dent? Should i try it or send it back? pictures are linked in below...
