I recently acquired a set of 4 18" tires. They look to be too big for my car but Im hoping they will fit or only require a small amount of work to make them fit. My ride is a 2007 Grand Prix Base

Here is the info off of the tires:

    P235/55 R18 99T

    Thanks for the help.

Thanks, I forgot to add that they are off a 2010 Chevy Equinox so that explains the height...

base size for ur vehicle is 16 so an 18 TIRE will not fit, now if you are meaning that you have the WHEELS (metal, or aluminum part etc) and TIRE as a combo then all you need to know is the ofset and bolt patern of the WHEEL to know if it will fit the car. if you presently have 18's on the car then tires should prolly fit

Bolt pattern on a 2010 Chevy Equinox is 5x120mm

Our cars take 5x115mm... so those rims will NOT fit.

I went ahead and just put them on to see if they fit, they bolted on just fine, but the tires are too tall like someone said. The rear wheels rub slightly on the suspension.

Looks like I will need to purchase a different set of tires

I took some pictures of the rims and tires on the car and the part that rubs if anyone is interested. I uploaded them here: GP pictures by aevolt - Photobucket

I didn't think those were pictures of a GP for a sec. Because of the wheels, I thought I was looking at a Chrysler Sebring or something.
