I'm getting a set of winter tires for my Grand Prix GT. They're 16" steelies and I'm looking to get some tires.

Will 225/70/R16 fit?

nope, too tall

225/60/16 is the stock height

My car is a 2007 and the stock rim is a 17". Still wouldn't fit?

stay within 3% of the stock overall diameter of your tires.

The 04+ do have more room, but that is almost 2" bigger then stock.
