What size tire can I fit on my stock rims for my 2000 GTP, they are the chrome 5 spoke stock rims, I think they are called torque stars, anyway i was looking to go to about 245s. Thanks

From clubgp. I know some people run 245 without problems..

245/50/16 you can run. i did and i ran my car sideways a lot and never had a problem.

Its a lot of tire on a rim that is only 6 1/2" wide. But it should work if you feel the need...

i've been running the 245/50/r16's for over 4 years now and they've been outstanding. And i'm a very aggressive driver and i drive them hard with no issues so far.
