Polish Mustang Wheels 18x9 fit Saleen, Cobra Replicarim : eBay Motors (item 120542220024 end time Mar-16-10 20:33:35 PDT)

These wheels with 235/45/18 tires should fit diameter wise. Will the extra offset mean I'll have to roll my fenders? What do you guys think of the look?

youre gonna be pushing it with that offset. youll for sure have to roll your fenders, but even that might not be enough.

for 18x9 youll want to stick with the +36mm offset.

Im feeling those rims. If I had the extra money I would buy them. 5 spoke chrome rims are the best IMO. They would go good with my black GP

235 tire will not fit on those rims unless you like the stretched look.

245 is minimum, 275 is recommended.

Those wheels as long as you're not lowered too much and you roll your fenders. I'm looking at a set of 18x9 FR500s with a +24mm offset and either 255/40s or 255/35s I'm not sure which yet. Probly gunna go with the 35s so I have a little more room. The +24mm offset and the 255s will stick out 1.7 inches further than your stock tires do. Here's a couple links to help you out.

275 youre going to be rubbing like crazy. 255 is MAX, and not on that low offset.

If you were slammed probably so. At stock height its fine with a good set of struts and springs.
A guy on clubgp has 275/40/18s on his GP and was fine until he put new ones on. More rubber on tires and ofcourse rubbed on the rear fenders, but only when he went fast over railroad tracks(yeah who does that,lol)..

So 275 is the correct size for those rims, I know some might have problems if lowerd but it has been done. I just think 245s are too narrow for a 9" wide rim. 255s is better.. Even a 265/40 would be great. Not cheap but atleast it would fit the rim a little better.

275/40s are the same diameter as stock, but that low of a offset could hit the fenders if he doesn't roll them.

Jason runs 20x10 with 285/30 on the front 20x8 with 255/30 on the rear
    and doesnt have problems.
