It looks decent but i dont like it at the same time. It'd be perfect for a challenge on the trail but otherwise no thanks! Smaller wheels would make it look 1000Xs better

I agree, its just the wheels are way to big.. Dont get me wrong the car is nice, but it would look 10x's better with some 18's or 19's

I have to agree with these guys Demon. I like the rims, I like the Paint, I like the car....I even like the paint on the car, but, I don't like the rims on the car. It is just a touch too much. 18's are about the biggest you want to go on a G.P.

Plus, even though it's lowered, those rims are going to be extremely hard on ball joints, tie rod ends and C.V. Joints. I see it all the time at Autozone. Someone buys a "way too big" set of rims, and they don't upgrade the drive and suspension components to a heavy duty setup, so they end up blowing out/tearing up the stock parts.

Minus the 22's on the blue one in the first page and minus the checkerflag and window decals, I would rock it.

The car bio linked is clean, but it still sits too high for me. And if it wasn't lowered.. like many people don't do when they get big rims... I could just imagine it being a 4x4.

First of all, Murph is ballin as hell. Second, I drive an all black 2004 grand Prix GT with 5% tint all the way around and 22"x8.5" Verde Black Ice wheels with a 245/35/22 tire. NO lift. NO adapters. NO CUT. Nothing to alterate the vehicle for the wheels AND it rides better than stock ****TTTTY UGLY 16's. Anyone who says GP's shud never have over 18's are either hick ass rebel rednecks or just plain stupid. Big wheels are the way of the future..Obviously. Ive had my 22's on my car since i bought it with 20K miles 4 yrs ago and it now has 110K and drives PERFECT. No problem what so ever except for the norms (brakes, bearings, ect.) Idc what anyone says..big wheels dont burn up your tranny or eat your engine up. They obviously have never had a rim over 20"s. Nawarkk your GP has some ugly as ****, broke down, wanna be mustang GT rims. And to Toolcheif..u work at autozone? Then your def no mechanic and dont know anymore than anyone else. WHY THE HELL DO ALL OF U WANT A FAST GRAND PRIX..if you want a fast car buy something REAR WHEEL DRIVE douchebags. Suping up a GP to be fast is about as cool as murph. GP's are slower than ****...so who cares if someone puts bigger wheels on it and it slows it down. Its for looks.. People who dont ride 20" or 22" or better are either broke or stuck in the past. I mean c'mon even STOCK vehicles come 20" or better (Caddy Escalade 22", Challenger 20", Camaro 20"). Its not 1999 ..its 2010. MRinthePROgress...a gp WILL ride better with 22's IMO...that is coming from someone with a GP on 22's. Btw that GP is sicker than hell IMO. P.S. Im white. Not thug or gangster. Shop at Buckle. Im whiter than murph

    Seriously?..

Don't talk bad about my rims, they look good and aren't some ghetto 'Verde' rims. I haven't seen one set of 'Verde' rims that actually look good. Good job getting off craigslist...

I bet your car looks stupid as hell with those 22"s. Why don't you post a picture so we can all laugh at it? And unless your running on the best roads in the US, bigger rims do NOT ride smoother..

And why would you compare stock tire sizes of cars that are bigger than a Grand Prix?? An Escalade? Really? Of course it's gonna have big rims you monkey. The Challenger and Camaro are bigger then the Grand Prix too!..

nice first post, i'm sure you wear hollister tees with sideways fitteds too.

if murph is ballin as hell, and 'suping up' a gp to be fast is about as cool as murph, then you need to shut your stupid contradicting a$$ up.

Dude, you go slower, you put more stress on everything.

Its a fact, if you can't accept that then you're the one who is "just plain stupid."

The new camaro looks best with 19's, anything larger is just like "Why is the wheel so damned big?"

You also drive a slow ass car which a 3.1 SE could beat in a race.

For the cost of those 22's and rubber you could have bought a better looking car... Perhaps a faster one while you're at it.

if jeffro22616 wanted to go fast he would not have bought a GP, I didn't get my GP thinking it was fast, instead got it for its reliable 3800 engine

Nawarkk . Wow ..just when i thought you and your FAKE ass mustang GT rims couldnt get any gayer, You prove me wrong. Btw chief, i live in michigan. Worse roads in all the U.S. Still riding better than your Pontiac Mustang GTP. Your rockin 5000K HID's ? wow thats about as sweet as daylight douchebag. Oh and im white remember..not a monkey genius. And if big rims arent the way of the future..then why do they keep getting bigger on stock vehicles? I will agree, lifting a vehicle and putting bigger than 22" does look funny to me too. IMO. Noreasonwhy, i was being sarcastic boss. I even said "i shop at buckle" and you still mention hollister, their completely different idiot. LMAO matt5112 "Why is the wheel so DAMNED big?" Its bc chevy knows it looks better. Your old ass just doesnt want to admit it. My car is pushing 250 HP douche. How can a 3.1 beat me? And ask me if if i even give a ****. Cuz i really dont. Like i said...its 2010 . not 1999 or 1965. Tod1d, your exactly right. Thats the reason i bought mine. Not bc im some 40 yr. old that sits on a forum site masterbating to grand prixs that are (quote) "FAST" (LMAO)

i dont understand your need to come on here, dig up an old thread, and then start ****ting on people. youre on a quick path to being banned.

having big wheels is your thing. the majority of the people on here are looking for performance which having bigger wheels would totally screw that up. there are a few people who like bigger wheels (i am one of them) and that's fine. there is no need for you to try and defend yourself. youre just making yourself look insecure about your own choices.

by the way, mod list to prove your pushing 250 whp? or are you talking stock crank numbers on a GTP? if thats the case youd be lucky to push 200 at the wheels, just sayin.

    2. if you look closely, the two people you are attempting to insult are both from michigan
    3. pontiac mustang gtp? wow. no words for this one
