Would lifting my 06 gp a half inch cause any problems? It's for some 22's that my cousin gave me.

How are you going to lift it?
I wouldn't do it, for one lifting a car is difficult to do without "ghetto rigging" and 2 you are able to fit them on 04+ w/o lifting it.
Also the biggest I would go is 20's w/o upgrading the brakes first, When I had my 20's it was a lil' to slow to stop for my tastes and wouldn't reccomend it to anyone and defenitely not for someone w/ 22's.

I think your right Im going to sell the 22's and get some 20's. And yeah it was going to be done with some ghetto rigging being that, that's where I live lol. But what upgrades would you make to the brakes?

Id sell the 22's and buy some 18's, then go with 12 inch brakes.

ive got 22's on my 97 GTP right now, no lift, no rub. the best size ive seen and its what ive got on is a 245/30/22. anything wider will stick out, and anything bigger will rub. ive also got the F-Body brake upgrade and its a world of difference. best thing to do is when you want to put those rims on, upgrading the brakes is a must.
