I'm looking for a good tire that will last around 25k miles. Snow/wet conditions are not a concern to me. I have 225/60 r16 on it right now, and I'm thinking of getting some 235/55 r16 Falkens. I plan to autocross every now and then.

Also, this is my car, and I was wondering what wheels these are? I've never seen them on any other Gran Prix:

they call those the honeycomb wheels! they are pretty common. only thing that sucks about those is they can't clear F body brakes!

i'm also looking for new tires. i like the 55 size for the sidewall! 60's are like balloons, and the 50's look to small for OUR cars!

i'm curious as if the 235 will fit on the 16" oem wheels?

Any clue on how heavy these rims are?

Also yeh, 55 is ideal but man... No one has them! With 235/55 the only tires I can find are Falkens.

I'm looking at Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 Star Spec right now, they look gewd.

I put some Bridgestone Potenza G019s on my car and I love them, the car used to have some sort of Falkans on them, I think my current tires are much better. The Bridgestone's have really good wet traction I think, rains here all the time and my tires how great. I autox to and I've gotten compliments from some of the senior guys at how well my car was doing for what it is. Firestone Firehawks are also great tires.

It's really funny you say that, because I've been looking at those exact Bridgestones for a while now... And my car also has really old Falkens on them, and they are shaking and warping now D:

I just put some Goodyear Eagel GTs on my car and really like them. Very reasonably priced too.
