I am looking to purchase some 19" wheels for my 05 GTP.

The wheels I'm looking at are on an Acura TL, which from my research, are 5x114.3 & positive offset.

With hubcentric rings, I should be good to go, right?

the offset is what is going to matter. anything between +35mm and +45mm should be perfect.

it might be a little higher than +45 like in the low 50's. is that going to be a major issue?

they should still fit. the stock offset is +52mm. it just looks a little better to have a lower offset so the wheels come out towards the fender a little more.
