17" 2005 Bullitt's. Different offset than the '04 and down so they sit inboard a little bit more, which is great for me since I am lowered and they don't rub the fenders at all. It's an overlay from Reflective Concepts on the factory arrowhead.

They will. 99-04 had the better offset too if they truly are Bullitt wheels.
