I just ordered some 19 x 18.5 +30mm wheels of american muscle.com with 245 40 19 tires and just wanted to see if yall think there will be any fitment issues. My 06 gp is lowered on ssc spring. Ik its been covered alot on here just wanted to make sure

I predict some rubbing in the rear with those size rims, might have to roll the fenders.

Would I need new lug nuts or can I keep the oem ones?

I have no idea, I don't even know what you actually bought and what they look like.
You'll likely want different lug nuts just because the stock lug nuts aren't the best looking with aftermarket rims.
