Alright... The polished looking appearance of the torque stars are high polished, right? Or are they chrome?

not unless you want to do a TON of work just so you have to constantly clean them.

there is someone over at ls1tech.com that had excellent results that used paint stripper to get the clear off then just buffed them and recleared them. The WS6 wheels i seen that were done were completly amazing. search stripped ws6 wheels on ls1tech.com i have torques on my red gp but trust me its about to change cuz their never shiny enough for me! BTW no you dont need to take the tires off when using the stripper just hose them off good.

my gt is bone stock too if you cant find the link for the stripped wheels let me now ill find the link and post it here this weekend. Ive tried alot of things to keep mine looking good but that stripper method was amazing. Kind of a no brainer the more i think about it. Most of the problem is the clearcoat getting trashed then the wheels look horrible.

Alright, thanks. I also found some other links when I forgot you said it was at ls1tech. I might try doing this to some torque stars if I find a decent set...
