You get some genuinely stupid customers. But you also get guys like OP who know what they want but the system requires all the inputs before it will even show you parts.
Then again, the Advance near me now has this real dumb old f*#$er in there who hasn't gotten a thing right since I moved out here. I shop at AutoZone now :)

I love my local O'Reillys.
I went in looking for a Comp G front sway, because 20mm is way too small, and the dude paused for a moment and asked me if I actually had a Comp G. I told him no, I'm looking for an upgrade because 20mm is weak. He said "Wait here, I'll be right back" and about 5 minutes later came back with a Dorman solid front sway. Needless to say, I was impressed.
Everytime I need something that isn't exactly what my car came with, I always get into his line. The other guys there actually know their sh*t, but not on the level that this guy does.
